BILLY JOEL –” THT’S NOT HER STYLE “

¡¡BRUTAL, APOTEÓSICA!!. Del mismo álbum, “Storm Front” (1989) que la del anterior post. Es el tema que abre el álbum. Contundente. “That’s not her style”, con sus elementos de vientos diversos (trompetas, armónicas), muestra un ejercicio de rock clásico con toques de blues. Joel se ajusta a las exigencias instrumentales con un rotundo vozarrón, rugido en estado puro. Estamos ante una canción bastante fastuosa, pura dinamita. Magnífico el piano, batería brutal y muy, muy técnica. Un pequeño giro a la mitad del tema que da entrada a un fabuloso punteo con el resto de la instrumentación al fondo y a toda pastilla. La letra, nuevamente de crítica social.

Directa y de fácil llegada para cualquiera.
