Agentes de la Comisaría General de Información de la Policía Nacional, en colaboración con el Centro Nacional de Inteligencia, han detenido en Aranjuez (Madrid) a un marroquí considerado un peligroso “lobo solitario” que se autoadiestraba en Internet para cometer atentados terroristas contra la población.
Según ha informado el Ministerio del Interior, el detenido era también un elemento clave en el aparato de propaganda y de captacióndel grupo terrorista Estado Islámico (EI o Daesh), una estructura descentralizada y fundamental para que la organización difunda sus ideales de terror.
Se había radicalizado en los últimos meses “mostrando un intenso fanatismo y un consumo constante de contenido visual mediante el cual se autoadoctrinaba para la práctica de acciones terroristas individuales contra la población civil”.
La Comisaría General de Información ha subrayado que con la operación se ha neutralizado a un peligroso “actor solitario” y una “amenaza real”. En este sentido, ha recordado que las directrices actuales de Daesh pasan por un llamamiento a la formación de terroristas individuales que ataquen en los países occidentales donde residen, de forma prioritaria al reclutamiento de combatientes para trasladarse a zonas de conflicto.
Según Interior, el perfil del arrestado se enmarca en los parámetros que definen a un terrorista individual por su “incesante actividad en la red, su escaso círculo social y la recepción de vídeos y publicaciones con referencias a las acciones suicidas de jóvenes muyahidines”. También destaca su aceptación a la llamada de DAESH a realizar la “yihad individual” donde se insta a “trasladar la guerra al corazón de los hogares de occidente”.
Su avanzado estado de radicalización le llevaba a pasar largos periodos de tiempo navegando en la red. Su labor de autoadoctrinamiento y de propaganda que le obligaba a tener un reducido círculo social e incluso a conectarse durante su jornada laboral, con entradas masivas en Internet a través de su teléfono móvil.
Una de sus prioridades era llevar a cabo la multicaptación de individuos con diversos perfiles y capacidades. Como elemento clave e integrado en el aparato de propaganda y de captación de DAESH mantenía una acción diaria de recepción y difusión de contenidos cada vez más violentos.
Varios perfiles en redes sociales
Para ello, mantenía una actividad “frenética” en redes sociales, donde empleaba varios perfiles y contaba con una multitud de ‘amistades’, algunas de las cuales mostraban de manera explícita y sin artificios contenidos yihadistas de extrema dureza. El detenido no demostraba tener ningún miedo a represalias legales por sus actos lo que, según los investigadores, es “síntoma de su peligrosidad y de su profundo compromiso con la organización terrorista”.
Entre los contenidos que el detenido distribuía y recibía había múltiples referencias a cabecillas de la lucha terrorista yihadista, singularmente Osama Bin Laden, y tenía como modelo a los cuatro terroristas que en 2004 se inmolaron en un piso de Leganés y en el que resultó fallecido un miembro de la Policía Nacional.
Esta operación policial, que continúa abierta, se ha llevado a cabo bajo la supervisión del Juzgado Central de Instrucción número 3 de la Audiencia Nacional y coordinada por la Fiscalía de la Audiencia Nacional.
Desde 2015, año en el que el Ministerio del Interior elevó a 4 el Nivel de Alerta Antiterrorista (NAA-4), las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad han detenido a un total de 169 terroristas yihadistas.

His advanced state of radicalization led him to spend long periods of time surfing the net. His work of self-learning and propaganda that forced him to have a small social circle and even to connect during his workday, with massive entries on the Internet through his mobile phone.
One of its priorities was to carry out the multi-adaptation of individuals with different profiles and capacities. As a key element and integrated into the DAESH propaganda and recruitment apparatus, it maintained a daily action of receiving and disseminating increasingly violent content.
Various profiles in social networks
In order to do this, it maintained a “frenetic” activity in social networks, where it used several profiles and had a multitude of ‘friendships’, some of which showed explicitly and without artifice jihadist contents of extreme harshness. The detainee did not show any fear of legal reprisals for his actions which, according to the investigators, is “a symptom of his dangerousness and of his deep commitment to the terrorist organization.”
Among the contents that the detainee distributed and received were multiple references to leaders of the Jihadist terrorist struggle, notably Osama bin Laden, and had as a model the four terrorists who in 2004 immolated themselves in a flat in Leganés and in which a deceased Member of the National Police.
