ISLAM v/s MUJER. ISLAM v/s WOMAN (Español-Inglés / Spanish-English)

Corán (4:11)-“el macho que tendrá la igualdad de la porción de dos hembras” (véase también el versículo 4:176).

Este versículo es específicamente sobre la herencia.

Corán (2:282)-” y llamar a testigo, de entre sus hombres, dos testigos. Y si dos hombres no se encuentran entonces un hombre y dos mujeres.”

Este pasaje es un testimonio de la corte de direccionamiento. Los apologistas musulmanes ofrecen  creativas explicaciones para explicar por qué Allah sintió que un hombre es testimonio en el tribunal debe ser valorado dos veces como altamente como una mujer, pero los estudios muestran que las mujeres consistentemente en realidad son menos propensos a decir mentiras que los hombres, lo que significa que iban a hacer más Testigos confiables. Si nos fijamos en el hadith, podemos ver por qué muhammad dio este mandamiento.

Bujari (1:6:301)-“[ Muhammad] dijo, ” no es la evidencia de dos mujeres igual a la testigo de un hombre?’ Ellos respondieron en el sentido afirmativo. Él dijo, ” esta es la deficiencia en su inteligencia.'”

Un hombre tiene dominio sobre los cuerpos de sus esposas como lo hace su tierra. Este versículo es abiertamente sexual. Corán (24:4)-” y los que acusan a las mujeres libres entonces no traer cuatro testigos (para el adulterio), Flog ellos…”

Estrictamente hablando, este versículo addresses adulterio (revelado en el momento de que mahoma favorito de esposa fue acusado de adulterio sobre la base de sólo tres testigos casualmente lo suficiente). Sin embargo es una parte de la teología de la dominación de la sharia apuntalando sobre la violación, ya que si no hay cuatro testigos masculinos, la violación “no ocurrió”.

Corán (24:13)-” por qué no llevar cuatro testigos de eso? Pero como no han traído testigos son mentirosos antes de Allah.”

El Islam promueve la idea de que un hombre, puede vencer a cualquier mujer por la desobediencia.

Corán (4:34)-” los hombres son los mantenedores de las mujeres porque allah ha hecho algunos de ellos para sobresalir de los demás y porque pasan fuera de su propiedad; las buenas mujeres son, por lo tanto, obediente, guardando el como Allah ha acaparado invisible; Y a los (as) en cuya parte que miedo la deserción, amonestar ellos y dejarlos solos en el durmiendo-lugares y ganarles; entonces si obedecen, no buscan una manera contra ellos; seguramente allah es alto, gran.”

Escrito en el contexto histórico de la batalla de uhud (Marzo 625), En el que el Islam perdió 70 santos guerreros, este verso pertenece a una colección de versos que esbozan leyes para la familia, como el reparto de la herencia y a cómo para supervisar los activos de huérfanos.

Claramente dijo, Sura 4:34 especifica que los esposos que golpean a sus esposas si los maridos rebelde “miedo” Highhandedness, independientemente de si las mujeres son en realidad ser highhanded. Algunos musulmanes niegan el Corán permite esposa-latiendo y reclamar sura 4:34 ha sido malinterpretadas, pero en el hadith hay varios ejemplos, de diversas hadith narradores y coleccionistas, de Muhammad divinamente ordenar esposa-Latiendo, por lo tanto, lo que confirma la correcta comprensión De Surah 4:34.

Muhammad incluso provoca su esposa aisha el dolor físico por su llamativo en el pecho. (musulmán 4:2127)

Abu Bakr (la primera razón-guiado califa del Islam), Golpea también su hija aisha violentamente con su puño. (Bujari 8:82:828)

Fatwa ‘ s se han emitido permitiendo esposa latiendo. (Sheikh Muhammad salih al-Munajjid, fatwa no. 10680)

Y todos están de acuerdo en que la esposa de latir tafsir es permitido. Y Muhammad claramente permite diciendo:

Abu Dawud (11:2142)-” un hombre no se le preguntó por qué él golpeó a su mujer.”

Sheij Abdulaziz bin bazz fatwas islámicas, ‘de las mujeres’, Página no. 313, dice claramente que las mujeres no deben trabajar con los hombres, haciendo el comentario:

” se sabe que cuando las mujeres ir a trabajar en los lugares de trabajo de los hombres esto conduce a la mezcla con hombres y ser en privado con ellos. Este es un asunto muy peligroso que tiene consecuencias peligroso y resultados negativos. Está en clara oposición a los textos de la sharia ese orden a las mujeres para permanecer en sus casas y para cumplir con el tipo de trabajo que es especial para ella y sobre la que Allah ha forjado su naturaleza.”

Las mujeres deben cumplir con sus maridos deseos inmediatamente (Corán 2:223)

Las mujeres deben ser obedientes a sus maridos para entrar en el cielo (Ibn Majah 3:9:1854 y erudito musulmán al-Suyuti comentando qur ‘ an 4:34)

Las mujeres deben cubrir sus rostros (Bujari 5:59:462 y bujari 6:60:282)

Female equality

Those who do not live in Muslim countries, may think that Islam teaches equality between men and women. This is not true. And under any total sharia controlled government this is obvious.

Qur’an (4:11) – “The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females” (see also verse 4:176).

This verse is specifically about inheritance.

Qur’an (2:282) – “And call to witness, from among your men, two witnesses. And if two men be not found then a man and two women.”

This passage is addressing Court testimony. Muslim apologists offer creative explanations to explain why Allah felt that a man’s testimony in court should be valued twice as highly as a woman’s, but studies consistently show that women are actually less likely to tell lies than men, meaning that they would make more reliable witnesses. If we look to the hadith, we can see why Muhammad gave this command.

Bukhari (1:6:301) – “[Muhammad] said, ‘Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?’ They replied in the affirmative. He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence.’”

Qur’an (2:228) – “and the men are a degree above them [women]”

Qur’an (2:223) – “Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will…”

A man has dominion over his wives’ bodies as he does his land. This verse is overtly sexual. There is some dispute as to whether it is referring to the practice of anal intercourse, which it has been used historically to justify. If this is what Muhammad meant, however, then it would appear to contradict what he said in Muslim (8:3365). “If he likes he may (have intercourse) being on the back or in front of her, but it should be through one opening (vagina).”

Islam also teaches inequality in terms of the wife-to-husband ratio.

Qur’an (4:3) – “Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four”

Qur’an (4:24) and Qur’an (33:50) – A man is permitted to take women as sex slaves outside of marriage. Note that the verse distinguishes wives from captives (those whom their right hand possesses).

Also another sign of inequality between genders is that female rape victims are forced to provide 4 male witnesses, as many, if not all, can not provide this evidence, they are usually sentenced as adulterers and put to death as prescribed in the sunnah.

Qur’an (24:4) – “And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them…”

Strictly speaking, this verse addresses adultery (revealed at the very time that Muhammad’s favorite wife was being accused of adultery on the basis of only three witnesses coincidentally enough). However it is a part of the theological underpinning of the Sharia rule on rape, since if there are not four male witnesses, the rape “did not occur”.

Qur’an (24:13) – “Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah.”

Islam promotes the idea that a man, can beat any woman for disobedience.

Qur’an (4:34) – “Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great.”

Written in the historical context of the Battle of Uhud (March 625), in which Islam lost 70 holy warriors, this verse belongs to a larger collection of verses that outlines laws for the family, such as how to divide the inheritance and to how to oversee the assets of orphans.

Plainly said, Sura 4:34 specifies that husbands may beat their unruly wives if the husbands “fear” highhandedness, quite apart from whether the wives are actually being highhanded. This puts the interpretation of the wives’ behavior squarely in the husbands’ judgment, and this swings the door to abuse wide open. This verse embodies a gigantic cultural and social step backwards and should be rejected by all fair-minded and reasonable people.

There is a story of a woman who came to Muhammad and begged him to stop her husband from beating her. Her skin was bruised so badly that she was described as being “greener” than the green veil she was wearing. Muhammad did not admonish her husband, but instead ordered her to return to him and submit to his sexual desires. Even Aisha (Muhammad’s wife) said: “I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women”
(Bukhari Hadith Volume 7, Book 72, Number 715)

Some Muslims deny the Qur’an permits wife-beating and claim sura 4:34 has been misinterpreted, but in the Hadiths there are several examples, from various Hadith narrators and collectors, of Muhammad divinely ordaining wife-beating, thus confirming the correct understanding of surah 4:34.

Muhammad even causes his wife Aisha physical pain by striking her in the chest. (Muslim 4:2127)

Abu Bakr (the first Rightly-Guided Caliph of Islam), also strikes his daughter Aisha violently with his fist. (Bukhari 8:82:828)

Muhammad even laughs at others beating his wives. (Abu Dawud 11:2139-2142)

Ali (the fourth Rightly-Guided Caliph of Islam) gives a slave-girl a violent beating in front of Muhammad. (Ibn Ishaq: p 496)

In the authentic version of the “Farewell Sermon”, Muhammad compares women to domestic animals and once again orders men to beat their wives. (Al-Tabari, Vol. 9, pp. 112-113)

Fatwa’s have been issued allowing wife beating. (Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid, Fatwa No. 10680)

And all Tafsir agree that wife beating is allowed. And Muhammad clearly allows it by saying:

Abu Dawud (11:2142) – “A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife.”

Shaikh AbdulAziz Bin Bazz, ‘Islamic Fatwas regarding Women’, Page No. 313, clearly states women should not work with men, making the comment:

“It is known that when women go to work in the workplaces of men this leads to mixing with men and being in private with them. This is a very dangerous matter that has dangerous consequences and negative results. It is in clear opposition to the texts of the Shariah that order the women to remain in their houses and to fulfill the type of work that is particular for her and upon which Allah has fashioned her nature.”

Women are crooked (Bukhari 7:62:113 and Bukhari 4:55:548, Muslim 8:3466)

Women Lack Gratitude (Bukhari 1:2:28)

Women are like Devils (Muslim 8:3240)

Woman are an Evil Omen (Bukhari 4:52:110)

Most Women are Destined for Hell (Bukhari 1:6:301 and Muslim 36.6600:1, Muslim 36:6596 – 6599, Bukhari 7:62:124, Bukhari 1:2:29

Women are stupid (Bukhari 3:48:826 and Bukhari 1:6:301, Al-Tabari, Vol. 1, p. 280, Bukhari 2:24:541)

Women are weak (Bukhari 8:73:230 and Bukhari 8:73:228, Bukhari 8:73:229)

Women Must Immediately Fulfill their Husbands Desires (Quran 2:223)

Women Must be Obedient to their Husbands to Enter Heaven (Ibn Majah 3:9:1854 and Muslim Scholar Al-Suyuti commenting on Qur’an 4:34)

Women must cover their faces (Bukhari 5:59:462 and Bukhari 6:60:282)
